Tour Information & Options

 

Tours are from 12pm to 5pm

 

Our tours are 5-hours in duration and we visit 3-4 wineries (depending on the hours of operation of the visiting locations). We have our Standard Tour option or Remote Pick-Up Tour option. We have a first-come, first-serve booking policy.

Pick-up is at 12pm and drop-off is at 5pm. Our tour prices are $69 per person (1-6 individuals) and $59 per person (7 or more individuals). For our remote tours, the required minimum fee is the price of 3-reservation. Our Standard Tour pick-up locations are the Woodstock, Va hotels (Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Inn Suites, and the Hampton Inn & Suites off of Hwy 81 & Rt 42). 

All purchases at the wineries are handled seperately.

For the Remote Tour option, we would come to your location of choice. Should you wish to choose this option, all we would need would be the name of the town or city where you will be staying and I can provide you with a quote. IMPORTANT: The remote pick-up fee is a one-time, roundtrip charge regardless of group size (not per individual, in addition to their reservation fee).

In addition, all of our guests receive a deluxe snack box (upon request) and unlimited water. The options are regular, veggie, or gluten-free (pic attached). We also handle any reservations or coordination that may be needed at the wineries.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellation can be moved to another tour date without a penalty. Cancellations two weeks before the tour date can be refunded in full. Cancellation within one week before the tour date can be refunded 80% of the tour price.
